Can't complain about this place, went during black Friday late afternoon and everyone working was super helpful and polite. Don't know what management is doing but it's definitely shows!
Great store if you're looking for a quick tech grab. But don't think that the employees will assist you at all. They like to laze around, ignore the customers. Do your research, and get your own tech. Happy shopping.
Customer Service is disaster here. I ordered a sound bar for store pick up and nobody could locate the order for good 20 minutes. When I started asking questions about why it's taking long too get the order I got usual answers "oh I am new at this place and I agree this should have not been delayed". All I am saying is you don't get a similar treatment at other stores like for ex. Secaucus Best buy is amazing in terms of customer service in fact I remember being rude to them sometimes but they still treated me in a courteous way. I go to the Secaucus store even if it's far from my place all because of good customer service. Never coming back to this store again. I had also sent an e-mail to someone I know in Corporate office customer Service department regarding this issue.
Gaming Section is very dark and lacking in products on the shelf. Looks sloppy. The store overall is good though, no issues more often than not.
