Jersey city hall, what an edifice, face of the polis, needs some polish, lost a bit' o lustre but a lot of character.

Some of the best American Craft Beer around, frequently rotated taps, and occasional brewery tap takeovers. Prices are great ($6 on almost all drafts), and a happy hour that runs from daily opening time until 8pm. It tends to get crowded around 8-11pm. Especially Fri/Sat nights, until close. Least crowded time to go is M-W or Weekend afternoons/evenings, before 8.
