I bought a new home, I set up my appointment with Aladdin Mechanical technician for installation of AC. A representative from their visit same day and after installation, he guided me about maintenance too. Wow!
Zero customer service skills by the technician and they throw random outrageous quotes for work without any breakdown. Whats worse is they have an outrageous service fee of $150. Avoid these guys at all costs!
The best thing is their emergency services. Their services are for 24 hours a day. I schedule the service appointment and they sort out my AC issue.
