I usually don't leave reviews like this, especially for a storage unit, but India's attentiveness really made this trip memorable. It's a relief to know that when I need to ask a question I can get the answers fast and efficiently!
I just had the most pleasant experience with ALL the staff at public storage! From Ilda on the phone to all the front desk superstars. Danielle was my personal rep to knock out all the details that best suited my move in. She is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The space is perfect, the building feels brand new and I'm confident my belongings will be safe and secure with public storage. Thank you again for all the help and positive attitude!! See you in the movies!:)

Really great experience here. I rent here and am usually in and out. Today I needed help and was just floored by the service. Specifically, I was helped by India at the counter and she helped me SO MUCH today. India was very quick to show me everything I needed to see and really knowledgeable with any questions I had. She offered super clear instructions and really made it obvious where and how I could find the best unit for my needs. We saw all different kinds of units and I was able to really consider what my options were.
I have had the very best experience with the Jersey City location! The management is always helpful if anything comes up. Maria has been amazing and helped us through every step in the process! I looked at 5 storage units before in the area and none of them compare to this one. It's so clean, very accessible, and the staff is always kind and helpful. Definitely look here first and save yourself time!
When you come to come to this location you are immediately greeted by friendly staff and they make you feel welcome. My husband and I currently came a second time to finally finalize paperwork and Maria helped us. She was wonderful made the process look simple and she even took extra time even though we were asking a lot of questions and asked to see a second unit. Once she knew we were happy went back to the office and it was a quick and easy process. I know is only storage but her professionalism and friendliness will make me come back just to say hi. Ill make sure to bring those pork rolls Maria.
